Nexus Procurement Solutions is a UK public sector procurement consultancy. We advise private companies, UK and international, on winning public contracts, and contracting authorities on buying well under the Procurement Act 2023. We do both at the same time, on purpose.
What we do
Two audiences. One body of knowledge.
Our consultants work as interim procurement leads inside contracting authorities, delivering Procurement Act 2023 implementation, compliance reviews and transformation programmes that report to executive teams and boards. At the same time we advise technology, data and services companies, many headquartered outside the UK, on entering the UK public sector and winning contracts in it, and we take suppliers from first registration to live framework listings and contracts.
That combination is the point of the firm. The authority work keeps the supplier advice honest about what buyers need, how evaluation panels read and what a board asks before it signs an award. The supplier work keeps the authority advice commercial, practical and alert to how a decision looks from the side that might challenge it.
Why both sides
Advising authorities is what makes the supplier advice credible. Advising suppliers is what keeps the authority advice tested against the people who would challenge it.
